Stations present grouped by sections: Scandinavia, British Islands, Spanish Peninsula France Germany etc. Elements reported (8am, 'yesterday evening'): Pressure, temperature, wind direction and force, weather (Beaufort Letters),sea disturbance and daily maximum and minimum temperature, rainfall and sunshine. Charts: I Barometer, Wind and Sea , II Temperature and Weather,III Barometer and Wind (yesterday morning), IV used for a variety of purposes - often means of minimum temperature (winter) and means of maximum temperature (summer) but also temperature extremes and various rainfall and sunshine statistics, V Means of Daily Temperature. From January 1907 includes Icelandic and Faeroese observations also new format for chart pages (2 and 3): Barometer and wind 8am yesterday and 6pm yesterday, Barometer wind and sea for 8am today, map showing climatological averages of temperature at 8am, Temperature and Weather at 8am today. Forecast regions divided into 11 areas 11 being 'Western Channel and Bay). Remarks section includes Notes on the general situation at 8am, Notes on yesterdays weather and general inference from the 8am observations. Time of observations changed from 8am to 7am from 1st July 1908. From January 1910 forecast section renamed 'Weather Prospects' subdivided into 'Forecasts for the 24 hours noon - to noon-' and 'Further Outlook'. From 28 November 1908 Some continental stations (marked with a cross) began entering relative humidity in the wet bulb section.
