Description:
- A small radio transmitter, carried upwards by a balloon, by means of which measurements of pressure, temperature and humidity may be obtained from the upper atmosphere. Designed to be a lower cost alternative to conventional radiosondes. Only need one person to launch and uses a smaller balloon. Pre-calibrated in order to bypass the need for a ground check. Powered by a water activated battery. Transmits data digitally. A present from Belgium in 2003. S/N: 002588393. Humidity lockin 19587.6. Termistor lockin 18496.
